Well, we had a second trip to the Landing and we're not as satisfied as we were the first trip. I got the Philly cheesesteak and it was pretty good. I would recommend adding extra peppers, onions and mushrooms. The meat on it was very good. I also got the stuffed clam and it was good. Not omgosh I HAVE to come back just for this, but good. My husband got the giant tenderloin sandwich. He said it's just like the one you get at a fair or festival. Nothing special! We got a side of fries and onion rings. I was taken by surprise when the waitress asked me if I wanted fresh or frozen . I just read the menu that said the fries are always fresh cut! We got the fresh cut, extra crispy. The only thing extra crispy about them was the old, burnt fries that had been left in the fryer basket that are now at the bottom of our fries and onion rings. Seriously, these things looked like they had been in the fryer several times! (See the pic I posted!) Yuck! The onion rings were good, but all those burnt fries in the bottom of our basket turned us off to this place. Hey cooks, how about you dump out the fryer baskets with each order?
